Booking Arrangements

Little Haven Retreat is open for twelve months of the year.

Our Luxury Holiday Homes can be booked for a minimum of three nights over the weekend, for mid-week escapes and long vacations.

Changeover days are Mondays and Fridays, with check in from 4pm and check out time before 10am on the day of your departure.

Arrival information will be e mailed to you in advance of your stay.

Bookings can be made online or by phone, if you prefer, on 01437781300 during office hours, Monday to Friday (9.30am – 4.30pm). We may be able to offer you a discount at the time of booking, if this is the case, you will be asked to leave a non-refundable deposit, and the balance will be due six weeks before your arrival date.

Advanced booking is recommended, especially during the peak season, including School and Bank Holidays.

General Information for Guests

What is provided in the Lodge or Holiday Home?

  • Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included in the price for your Lodge. We can provide a Travel cot and Highchair if requested in advance.
  • Welcome starter pack, which includes milk, tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, dishcloth, and sponge, kitchen roll, toilet roll, washing up liquid, bin bags and clear bags for used laundry and towels.
  • Welcome Folder, with information about the site, including emergency procedures, contact numbers, general housekeeping and safety notices, pet etiquette (if your accommodation is pet friendly), and Departure Information. The pack also includes information about the area, including local attractions, the nearest amenities and map. Our guest services team at Little Haven Retreat will be more than happy to provide recommendations on local attractions, wonderful places to eat etc.
  • Please refer to the individual Holiday Home details for information about specific facilities and equipment. Some of our Lodges have Hot Tubs, but all have an outdoor private seating area with decking and garden furniture.
  • All our Holiday Homes are allocated private off- road parking for two cars.

Additional Information:

  • Please note there is no smoking permitted inside the accommodation, and there are restrictions on the use of BBQ’s.
  • No candles or fireworks are permitted for obvious reasons.
  • It is mandatory in Wales to separate all recycling from general waste. There are bins provided in the refuse area for this process, including the disposal of food waste.
  • Accessibility – there are a few steps to climb up to access all the Lodges (Please contact us direct to discuss accessibility requirements).
  • Groups, Hen, and Stag parties are not permitted as we are a tranquil, family-based Retreat.
  • Please refer to individual Lodge descriptions regarding Pets; there are gates on the access to some of the pet friendly Lodges.
